Question about 1998 Hyundai Elantra
I have changed the belts on car and replaced power steering pump but the car is still squealing and when i turn wheel awful please any ideas
The serpentine belt tensioner is weak. Get a new one installed. For a quick fix go to parts store and get some belt dressing and spray it on the belt and pulleys.

The belt isn't tensioned correctly. Spay some WD40 on the belt whilst engine is running. May cure temporarily.
