It isn't specified. There is more than one fuse that covers transmission. You would need an auto electrician or a transmission expert to connect a pro grade scan tool computer and diagnose if the switch or solenoid is faulty. A scan tool at this level is bi-directional and can command solenoids to operate and confirm that they do.

Check the bulbs. DAYTIME Running Lights are controlled by the Body Control Module. You need an auto electrician for that.

Stuck contacts inside the ASD relay maybe or bad ignition switch . Pull the plastic cover from around the upper steering column an disconnect the wiring connector from the ignition switch an see if it stops running then . Find ASD relay in the under hood fuse box an replace it .

you might have a stopped up catalytic converter. Is the check engine light on? and when you reach 20 is the engine missing or running rough?

Make sure the wires aren't bent. Took forever to figure out why my breaklights wouldn't work and low and behold.....

Check the hazard light switch. See if the switch works to flash the parking lights. Also there is a wealth of information here . Can't go wrong having it for instances like these.

I can't help but notice that you say you've replaced the headlight relay? That's quite odd, because there is NO headlight relay on this vehicle- only a 40 amp fuse located in the power distribution box that sits behind the battery inside the engine bay.
The switch is notorious for burning out because there is NO RELAY on this vehicle, and there is a recall (#819) but this only affects 3500 models even though the headlight wiring is the same for 1500,2500 and 3500 model Rams.

could be need to check for the oxigen sensors sometimes that is a sign that have to be replaced but you can take to any autoparts store and they will run a scan for you for free and tell you in detail what is wrong with it
