My car wont blow out heat or air

i can feel at or air when i turn on the system to high but it just wont blow out like it usually does.
i have a 2003 chevy cavalier

possibly,if the fan still runs,but you're not getting the same ammount of "blow".the car might have a cabin air filter that needs changed
