Question about 1997 Mercury Tracer
Asking for a friend who's at work and doesn't have computer access.
She has a 1997 Mercury Tracer and the blower motor went out and needs to be replaced. Where is the blower motor located? I ask because I'm wondering if it's as simple as it was for my 1991 Buick Lesabre and we can save her some $$ by buying the motor and replacing it ourselves.
It is behind (and underneath) the front passenger side glove box compartment. If you lay on the floor you will see a circular shaped black plastic compartment, This is the blower fan and motor.
Please rate this info, thanks
