Yes you need to talk to your installer about this. There are several outputs on most remote starters that work on a neg - trigger. You want channel 3 or 4 of the rem start to trigger the seat heaters. You'll need a couple relays and a diode. Its not that big of a pain but you should let the same ppl who installed the rem start to hook up the seat heater option. You can turn them on just like you can pop the trunk with a button on your remote.

ICY Is just the outside air temperature when air temperature drops below 37 degrees it will outomaticly let you know.
