If the trans won't go out of part then the part lock-out is engaged, this is disengaged when the brake lights are activated, make sure the brake lights work, if they don't check the brake light switch (and the fuse) with a 12 volt test light to see if it works, until they work u are stuck.

Fuse 16 is a 10 amp fuse. It goes to the ABS module (run/start power). You also have fuse 33 (15 Amp) Shift solenoid. Both fuses are mini fuses.

Sounds like you transmission linkage is out of adjustment. It also ties in with the mechanical release of the brake that allows either starting/shifting only when the brake pedal is depressed.
You may be able to inspect by hoisting up up on jack-stands or ramps and checking the linkage. It has to have moved and/or come loose.

Hi my F150 2004 FX4 transmission is slipping when it goes into overdrive gear. Since that started happening I turn the overdrive off and it works fine. Im about to do the fuild and filter change myself and...

well don't take it to a mechanic shop
take it to an accredited auto transmission specialist shop and have it properly diagnosed and get a quote
it will not require a transmission but a likely servo / solenoid or band and clutch adjustments
changing the oil and filter your self is commendable but have it done and have them do the adjustments while the pan is off
