You should be able to locate it where the upper radiator house attaches to the engine. At this point there is a clamp holding the hose onto a housing, remove the clamp, remove the hose, there are usually 2 bolts attaching the thermostat housing to the engine, remove the 2 bolts to remove housing, and reveal thermostat. To install a new t-stat, make sure it faces the proper direction, as u can install it backwards and the car will overheat.

I have a 1997 Bravada heat doesn't work new radiator, new water pump, new thermostat what else could be the issue for the heat not working still.

maybe the tap for allowing the water into the heater rad is not opening or the heater rad is blocked check the two hoses coming from the heater rad and see if they both feel the same heat when the engine is hot

I need to know if there is a fuel censor for a 1997 olds.bravada and if so where is it located.

No safety if that is what you meant. Car not starting likely a bad fuel pump, common on Bravada / S10s. Try "thepartsladi" on eBay for low cost OEM part.

Starting & Heating Problem

The starting issue is most likely caused by a defective fuel pressure check valve in the fuel pump in the fuel tank, it causes exactly the problem u describe. The 2nd issue is caused either by the thermostat in the engine being defective or the air temperature control door motor being defective, have the thermostat tested before u replace it, if u have a temp guage for the engine if it reaches anywhere close to the center of the sweep the T-stat is OK.
