Easy answer first: Yes you can get a new hose for the rear wiper.  Just take the hose to any hardware store and find a piece of tubing the same diameter and cut it to fit between the pivot and the wiper.  Just slide it on and you're good to go. To fix your "real annoying sound", all you're probably going to need to do is to adjust your serpentine belt.  When you turn the A/C on it's probably sliding on the A/C pully creating your noise.  Try tightening it up a bit and see if it helps.  If it's been a while since the belt has been replaced, it might not be a bad idea while you're working on it anyway.

Loud noise when I turn on the A/C

probably the ac clutch gone bad or at least the bearing. Is the noise increasing with rpm and is the pulley on clutch turning true and not wobbling?

The heater on my daughter jeep stoped putting out hot air and she has a new baby and it has gotten real cold

I think it must be the weather but i have answered several heater questions today. First thing you need to do is check the coolant level its usually the problem of not enough to send hot fluid to the heater core. The next thing to look at if this dosen't fix it is the thermostat.
good luck.

06 Jeep Wrangler making a loud clincking or grinding when turning

Hi there,

By any chance is the transfer case engaged?

A locked drive train could account for the noise being made only on turns.

Bring the transfer case to neutral then back to 2-high.

Or try to duplicate the problem by putting it into 4-high. THAT way the dealership would know exactly what to look at.
