Question about 1989 Peugeot 405
My car's oil temp indicator goes straight up to 100 or a little more and stays there...new issue...also started dropping a little oil
main engine oil seal was replaced six months ago, cld it have gone already?
If the seal was not fit properly it could be leaking again put some card bord on your drive over knight and check for a stain in the morning if so go back to dealer and get fixed.
as for oil temp sounds like a earth fault go to dealer and report
