Cant really "solve this" without hearing or seeing it but did you check the "U" joints? They may be worn or frozen.

I have a 1994 Chevrolet Silverado and and when I put it in 4 wheel drive it makes a sounds like something is dragging

It could be the transfer case that engages the front drive, the drive shaft universal joints to the front, the front differential, or the self-locking hubs. The hard part is to figure out where the sound is coming from because it only will make the noise when driving.
It would be really unsafe to jack up the whole vehicle to run it without wheels on the ground. Probably best to take it into a repair place that will give you a quote, they may accurately tell you what's wrong. you don't have to have it fixed there.

If you are trying to run it on dry pavement, then something will be dragging although it's unlikely you'll hear it. Virtually all part time 4 wheel drive systems (not to be confused with all wheel drive or full time 4 wheel drive) make the front wheels turn just a bit faster than the rear. You will also notice that the vehicle jerks going around short corners like at a stop sign. In both cases the wheels are fighting each other trying to go at different speeds.

Clunk noise in front end

Do you have 4 wheel drive ? If you do you "could " have a problem with the transfer case. The noise you describe is indicative of transfer case issues.

Front Drive Shaft

The transfer case for the front wheels is bad that is why they were removed in the first place. Most people don't want to pay that much money to get it fixed that is why they remove them and just drive it as a two wheel drive vehicle. If you want to fix it you will need a new transfer case you might try a used one but there is no telling as to if it is good or how long it will last.

2002 2500 silverado - 4-wheel drive makes clicking noise some times, mainly when cornering. Now the nose went away, and no 4 wheel drive anymore. 4-wheel drive light is on, but no 4 wheel drive. Vehicle...

well typically is there is a noise when making a turn its caused by a bad cv-joint but if your having problems with the 4 wheel drive i would look at the linkage to the transfer case and make sure there is not to much play or bent or broke rods and stuff.

NO. even tho its not in 4wd parts inside still rotate, there is probably no oil in it, they commonly leak with high milage, have it looked at before it comes apart or locks up

Grinding in and out of 4 wheel drive

You say 'new' truck, 09? or new used? I have had 3 Fords, 3 w/ manual trans. case, if you go into 4x4 Low range, you must come to a complete stop before shifting the trans. case to 4x4 mode, and I always put trans (automatic) in neutral before slipping into 4x4, it engages smoothly, no grinding. 4x4 high range can be put in while moving, but I would let off the gas pedal, shift to 4x4 high range, then resume accelerating. If there is any grinding going on doing it as above, something isn't right. Check the trans. case fluid level also, to make sure that's not an issue.

99 Silverado 4-wheel drive not engaging

It does not seem that sufficient diagnosis was done. No, you cant give a specific diagnosis like that without tearing unit down. It's likely that they told you the most common failure and left it at that. Likely there is a problem with your unit...I think this becomes more of a trust issue than a mechanical one. A second opinion from an independent reputable shop may help but either way, you need to have it fixed. In not using it much, it makes me wonder how it got worn.
good luck

i beleive its a frozen bearing in the universal

does your truck also ingage its self into 4 wheel and make a loud noise
only way to stop it is to stop the truck or shift into 4 high on the go
only happens when it wants 3 times a day or not for a week
