Sounds normal. It is a/c compressor clutch kicking in, fan working doubletime to help cool engine with increased load of a/c

Clicking noise idling

check whether is your belt,as it is old one ( if it is ) and when is cold is giving the clicking noise but when it become hot it stops. Good to try is if you do have a silicone spray do spray on the belt when you do have the noise and if is the belt surely you will notice the difference.
Good luck

Loud noise sounds like fan

It's the cold air injection fan motor your hearing yes it is normal that you hear it. As for grinding noise your going to have to look under the car to see if anything is rubbing.

So when you turn off the air con the noise stops ..
If yes then its the bearings in the Air Con pump which is driven by the same belt and when turning the r13 coolant around the bearings being dry and worn out will start to make the noise Same as the water pump does when it goes, but yours is Air Con Pump.

Clicking noise

clicking?
if it is a ticking sound, check your oil level.
if after you shut down, then you probably had the air conditioning on? If so, normal.
does it drain the battery?

Air con rattles

my friend i don't like ford they are fix or repair daily or find on the rouad dead f.o.r.d, how ever it sounds like u have two diffrent problems the bushing on the air con is what is making the noise and the radio is a bad contact of the radio not two of the same but two problems. for the nosie install a new compressor, the speaker noise try finding that loose ground wire or install a new radio. and next time if i was you i would shop for the car like a rock, gmc period.
