Question about 2004 Honda Odyssey
Code should have been set by owner. Contact Honda, they probably have a master code, but they may ask you to prove ownership.so keep the orignal or a xerox copy of a bill with you to show them that you owened the radio.
If the radio display reads "code" then simply use theradio preset buttons, enter the code in the correct order, and the radio will unlock. If, however, the radio reads "Err" or "Code Err" It's likely that someone has made several attempts to unlock the radio using incorrect codes. In that case you will need to disconnect and reconnect the negative battery cable. This will reset the radio and allow you to enter your code.
If you lost the code, you may retrieve it from https://radio-navicode.honda.com/
The code they gave online was 2246, but you will have to add an 1 at the end of it to get it to work, so the end of it was 24461. Yours will be different .just check out.

HI,WELCOME TO FIXYA
1. Your Battery was disconnected or removed. And the radio system had to go off. Since it is configured with anti theft code, it expects you to input the anti theft code via the preset buttons but you entered wrong codes (normally 5 digits from 1 - 6). You have tried wrongly for the 3rd time.
2. If you try again, upto 10 times for 2007 model, it will lock the set untill the capacitor is discharged by either removing the battery head again, and / or the fuse controlling it.

The Unlock Code and the device unit's serial number are listed on the
anti-theft ID card that comes with the vehicle. The card is usually
placed in the glove box at the time of delivery. Use the Unlock Code
listed on this card. For certain models, the dealer may have placed a
label with the device serial
number on the glove box. ----------------- If you cant find it, you need 3 things
1. Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
2. Phone Number and Zip Code Information
