I do not know what you mean. It is a five minute job to replace one bulb. From inside the engine bay, unscrew the black plastic cap from the headlamp assembly while it is still on the car. It takes about 1/8 of a turn counterclockwise to do this. Set this cap aside. The bulb mount is now exposed. There is a wire spring clip that releases by pushing forward (towards you as you are standing in front of the headlamp) and pulling it to one side. It hinges back in toward the bay and the bulb and clip harness can be withdrawn through the backside. Now, unclip the three wire harness to the bulb by holding the bulb base.Carefully install a new bulb in the harness base and slide it into the housing. Do not get finger oil on the glass - it will greatly shorten the life of the bulb. If you touch the glass, wipe it with alcohol before sliding it into the housing. Secure the clip and reinstall the cap.

I have a stripped alternator bolt, can I cut it to pull the alternator, using a "Grab It" tool on the remaining piece? 1996 saab 900 turbo, 90 amp alternator. Thanks!

I just recently had the same problem, I found that using an "easy out" worked very well for my stripped lower bolt. If your stripped bolt is the upper than it is a different story. If you are talking about cutting the bolt into pieces make sure you are cutting on the alternator side (assuming you are replacing the alt) if not you will risk changing the pulley in respect to the belt and the will be misaligned and will wear/break belts.

Stalling/possible overheating in engine, but not registering on the temp gauge

If it is a turbo, check the Turbo BypassValve. Also check all vacuum hoses, after 100 Kmiles replace them all.

I need an engine diagram for a 1995 saab 900 se V6

A SAAB dealer should be able to print one out for you. BTW that engine is practically identical to the V6 used in a caddy Catera, and Saturn Ion. Those diagrams would be the same, so you might want to search that also.

Seats (grey/leather) -1995 900 Turbo SE

Neoprene two tone seat covers are available at State of Nine but are pricey. You can spend about $250 and perform a DIY leather repair and dye job to the entire interior. Here is what I did, using leather cream crack filler and auto leather dye. It lasts about three years and then requires touching up.

Deadbolt mode

Deadbolt mode must be activated and deactivated using the key in the driver's door. Insert the key and turn (I believe) all they way to the right to activate and all the way to the left to deactivate
