Question about 1992 Mazda MX-5
At this age, there are many things that start to break on the MX5 - the issues you've listed are common. You also need to check fan and timing belts, brake discs for wear, brake calipers for sticking, the clutch and transmission engaged switches, the idle air control valve, the positive crankcase ventilation valve, the air intake in general for build-up of grime and cracking etc, the coolant temperature thermistor, the crank angle sensor, the spark plugs and wires....
The list goes on and on!
Is just a symptom of age I'm afraid.
