I have a 2002 Kia Sedona that does not like to start in the morning if I pump the gas and keep trying to start it it will eventually start I've changed all the plugs and now it runs a lot better but still...

Pumping the gas does nothing as this car is fuel injected. Try cycling the key on for 5 seconds, off for 3. Repeat 3x then try starting car. If the car starts faster then you are losing the prime in your fuel line over night.

I have a 2004 Allroad V8 that has a starting problem.

Poor connection somewhere, bad cable, or just lazy starter which eventually go bad.

Any idea why it takes a few turns of the key to start my truck? There is 59000 miles on it and the last 2 mornings the truck did not want to turn over. it eventually did, and would start fine in the work...

You have to be specific about the engine turning over

That is done by the starter circuit

Some people call that cranking

Some people also say it won't crank, when they mean
it does crank, but won't start

Not turn over the engine -----

Old & Weak Battery
Dirty Battery Cables
Worn out Starter Solenoid -- you can buy & replace
without getting the entire starter
A bad Starter

I have a 2000 BMW 528, 140,000 miles. On cold mornings my car turns off when I try to warm it up. It starts without any problem. After approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute, the RPM gauge starts to go...

Could be the VANOS Seals. You can buy them for 60.00 and it takes about 5 hours to do (but will save you a lot of money). Follow the steps at this site and you're good to go:

Good luck!

My 1998 Mitsubishi Colt won't Start!!!

you are having fuel flooding problems if your car is fuel injected it maybe the injectors leaking due to carbon deposits "need service", if its carburated you may have a bad fuel level float in the CARBURATOR

1996 Oldsmobile Achieva: Security light flashes upon startup

Here is what you do, but only when the SECURITY light flashes - if it is always ON or OFF it's no use.
Turn the key in the ignition to ON.
Wait for exactly 10 minutes ( SECURITY light will flash for 10 minutes and then stay on SOLID)
Turn the key to OFF
Wait 5 seconds.
Turn the key in the ignition to ON.
Wait for exactly 10 minutes.
Turn the key to OFF
Wait 5 seconds.
Turn the key in the ignition to ON.
Wait for exactly 10 minutes.
Turn the ignition OFF.

Start the car normally.
It has relearnt the keycode and you're good to go.
NOTICE - it takes 30 minutes to relearn, that's THREE cycles of ON - 10 minutes - OFF.

Good luck.

2002 potiac grand am

Mine did the EXACT same thing! After a lot of googling, I found that you need to put the key in and turn it to the 'ON' position and leave it there for about 10 minutes. The security light will eventually stop flashing and your car will be fine to start. CRAZY, I know! But it works! Thankfully Google saved me from spending MUCHO $$$ for parts I didn't need in the first place!
