My park lights will not shut off. I've checked the switch, relays

I've even checked the flasher under the dash. Had to take the cable off the battery to get them to shut off. Help please.

1995 huyndai excel, lost power to left side park light, tail light and dash light any reason why?

Recheck your work. Pull the connector off at the flasher and inspect it before plugging it back in. Not much room to work under there in an Excel? Maybe you pulled a wire loose somewhere? Kinda weird, cause the park, tail, and dash lights are all operated by the headlight switch, no relation to the turn signals and flasher relay. Or do you mean the left indicator light on the dash? That would make me think the flasher connection again, or the left side wires up under there. H H, josh...happy ha ha, merry christmas.

Turn signals on my 1992 Park Avenue blinked slower and now donot work at all. My emergency flashers work fine and all blink but I have no turn signals and nothing lights up when signal is left or righ

About your 1992 Buick Park Avenue 3.8L SFI OHV 6cyl. the Flasher is located:
Hazard flasher: Front seating area, driver side, under dash, mounted above kick panel

Turn signal: Front seating area, driver side, under dash, driver side of steering column, mounted on support bracket

Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I'll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.

Thank you for using Fixya, and have a nice day.

On the steering column in front of the dash there is a parking light switch which has probably been flipped. I accidently flipped mine when I was wiping down the dashboard.

1986 oldsmobile ciera, signal lights just stoped working, no indicator light on dash even. hazards still work, fuse is fine and relay for hazards was replaced. seems all bulbs are good as well??

there should be a flasher under the dash looks like a metal can in fuse box if this is whst you call the relay then the switch is bad if not replace this it is a 552 flasher

Right side signal lights stay on.

the flasher should be under the dash on the drivers side.... it is a standalone relay.... often it just hangs down attached to the connector. to find it if it is in fact in the fuse panel... it will be larger then any of the other relays

My 2000 dodge durango turn signal lights stop working just recently. sometimes they would work and other times not, but now it just stoped.

A Mechanic told me my switch was broken, but the switch was working fine, the lights just stopped flashing. After some research and consulting with a male friend who knows more about this than I, we discovered it was only the turn signal flasher -- a $16.00 part. On the 2000 model, it's located under the dash, on a separate fuse panel I didn't even know was there. It's to the left of the steering column and right behind the main fuse box, but you can only get to it by going up under the dash. The green one is a little hard to get to, but that's the one for the hazard lights. Its easy to see with a good shop light. It's 1" by 1" ish. The turn signal flasher is below the green one. It's black and a little smaller, and much easier to get to. You simply unplug it and plug the new one in. Voila! There are other fuses on this panel -- I'm not sure what they go to, but I intend to find out so I don't waste money replacing parts I don't need to.
