Check ebgine light blinking and car runs REALLY rough
It was running good until this morning..Checked all fluids they are good..it is almost like it has no power at all and just putts along it is loud too. it also seems a little rough while trying to shift..

The check engine lamp will flash when the computer/emission system sees a problem that could possibly damage the catalytic converter or other components. Often the cause is a cylinder or cylinders that are misfiring which will make the engine run rough. Because the light has been flashing you should have the problem checked out and repaired to avoid any possible damage. Good luck, hope this helps!
The rough running should have caused the check engine light to come on. It would be a good idea to goa ahead and scan the engine for trouble codes. The rough running could be a number of things. The codes would help us pinpoint the correct part ot replace, rather than start replacing parts until we get lucky and hit the right one. That could be very expensive.
You shouldn't have taken the car back,nor should the shop given you the vehicle,if you were willing to have it properly repaired.
The MIL Light is an indication of an issue or two and you said it runs rough and has no power. What more does a shop need. Repair it.
Is the Fuel Filter fairly new
Did they Clean the MAF Sensor,and make sure your air filter cover is on correctly,and you have no vacuum leaks.
They can look at all sensor data and resolve this ,if they wanted to.
A blinking SES means a catalyst destructive issue is active. If the engine is running rough it may be due to a missfire, I would have the codes checked to see what codes are active and that will give a place to start with a diagnosis. By the way the oil change will surely not hurt anything, it is just very remote that it will rectify the blinking SES. Good luck.
well the first part of your question i was all ready to tell you to put a new fuel pump in, now not so sure, there is a relay for fuel pump, can you hear pump cycle and relay click? relay under hood you will have to listen close they don't run long maybe a couple secounds, if you don't relay bad. if you do pump could be bad, do fuel pressure test pump could be weak. don't think sunroof and turn signals are related, but stranger things have happend.
You should get the codes checked and start from there. My Kia Sportage was also backfiring and running rough, after checking the codes. It had misfires on two cylinders. I did a tune up and had to replace one of the ignition coils. Now it runs great!
