I have changed my tahoe's fuel pump recently, It is located inside the gas tank, you must empty it as much as posible. Drop the tank by loosening the straps. When the tank is about to come down drop it slowly and disconnect the fuel lines and wiring harness, remember to disconnect the filler pipe as well, after the tank is removed you will see a round band around the fuel line assembly, this is where you take out the old fuel pump and put in the new one, and in reverse order put everything back together.

Ain't no fuel coming from my fuel pump to the front of my 97 chevy tahoe

Hey Jarrod:
I'm guessing that this has an electric fuel pump?
If so, check the fuel pump fuse.
If OK, unless you`re out of gas, chances are that the fuel pump needs replacement.

My 97 tahoe the rpm's start going funny engine startes running like its missing popping and ******* and die's it has new fuel pump ,sending unit ,rotor, censor ,fuel relay everytime i c

I'm assuming you replaced the fuel filter when you did the pump.
You'll have to try to figure out if you are loosing fuel to the injectors or spark to the plugs to proceed.
Its possible something is failing inside the distributor among other things.
I'm also assuming you have checked the computer for trouble codes.

97 tahoe pressure reg keeps running

Are you sure it's the fuel pump your hearing and not the self leveling shock's in the back of the tahoe if you have that option. No fuel should be pumping in to your cyls because of the injector's. Unless there bad. Good luck
