What tool i need to remove a rear seatbelt in a 99 explorer, an allen wrench or torx and what size

It will most likely be a fairly large torx, and in some cases, you need to buy a special seat belt torx. I don't have an explorer close by, to check my special bit on, for you.

What else do i need for tune up on 99 cadillac deville besides plugs and wires

There isn't much to a tuneup now days, I wouldn't even bother with plugs and wires unless it needed it. The basic tune up is an oil change, air filter, check all fluids, brake pads, hoses, any thing that needs attention. I don't think I have changed plugs in 10 years, or wires for that matter. And I am driving a 94. Hope this helps.

We had an extreme cold spell and when I started my truck the power steering pump was really growling. Now it's whining and I tried some Lucas additive without success. It is time for a new power steering...

Besides the basic hand tools and some curse words, the only tool you will need is a power steering pulley puller, you can pick these up at any NAPA,or Autozone....
you will need it to remove it and to push the pulley on the new pump.

How to tune up the lexus rx300 can't locate the plugs

This is a lenghty job!! You would have to remove the plastic engine cover to locate the plugs (cover that has the lexus symbol). There are 3 coils(black squarish units) on the front head and another three in the rear head. You must remove these to access the sprakplugs. Front is very easy!! The rear is difficult, you would have to remove the intake(special tools are needed) to access the rear coils and sparkplugs. hopefully this helps

Need to get this fixed remove water pump pully on 99' dodge 5.9 liter

You will need a special holding wrench made by "LISLE TOOLS" or "OTC", most tools stores stock it
its fairly cheap, looks like a long thin como wrench, and might com in two pcs, one for fan clutch.
good luck

Runs on 4 cylinders on drivers side.unplug harness on passingers side didn't change anything.it isn't showing any codes. has a new fuel pump.

I would begin by doing a basic tune up (plugs, wires, cap and rotor). The fuel pump is likely not your issue. If the basic tune up doesn't help I would remove the ignition module from the distributor (this requires a special tool). Have it checked at your local parts house, usually free of charge. If it tests ok, reinstall the ignition module. At this point the vehical will probably need to be taken to the dealer and hooked up to a full diagnostics system (DINO). What will be looked for is a bad PROM inside the ECM or a bad ECM overall. Without it's component to computer connection an ECM can give false readings and tell the engine and it's sensors to do the wrong job. This is critical in the diagnosis of a full bank failure. Hope this helps, good luck!
