These all may be related, its having a hard time starting, its harder when its warm and it takes mabey a minute of cranking while pumping the gas to get it going. It idles fine, mabey a bit high but im not sure. But when im accelerating it pluses and looses power and when i press on the gas it starts sputtering and doesnt like to go much faster than like 50 in 5th gear. Which by the way took me like 15 minutes to accelerate from like 40 to 50. Ive had this problem before but it went away for like two weeks and decided to come back. I think it might be fuel pump related.

Change the temperature control sensor to the front if the engine near radiator 1 start the truck let it run till you think it is at normal operating temperature 2 unplug the temp sensor if the idle changes then the sensor is bad
Did you check the fuel pressure before you replaced the pump ? Can you spray carb cleaner or starting fluid into the throttle body and make the engine want to start ? If it is throttle body injected, can you see the fuel spray when you crank it hot ?
