Need diagram of where the low side ac recharge port is on a 2001 buick regal.
You low pressure port is against the firewall just below the center of the cowl and is best accessed from the drivers side

Thick wires at IGN SW .... Red(s) - supply power from the battery to the IGN switch ... Pink - ignition supply ... Orange - Accessory power ... Purple most RWD sometimes (Yellow most FWD) - Starter .. Did I miss any? It's been a while The thin wires on the IGN swich are for key sense and VATS (if applicable)

if serpentine, then it should be on the fan shroud or the radiator cover...

Find your A/C compressor. On the compressor you will see two pressure lines, one small and one larger line.
Pick the larger line and follow it back to the firewall, on that line will be your "low side" charge port for recharging purposes.
