1989 Ranger ,2.9L Will not start,Battery is good,But I have no power from igniton switch or no power at all ,jumped starter at solenoid,Switch is located at right side next to power contral fules box and under that is fules relay .starter turn's over .But Can't start truck up,O'Boy!!!!I NEED help!!!!
Clean all connections and check for a corroded cable

You said you tightened the battery cables, did you check the other end of the negative where it bolts to the engine. When you tightened the cables you also used a battery brush and cleaned the posts and ends?
