Question about 2006 Kia Sedona

Passenger seat heater not working

No heat on passenger side but works fine on driver's side (too bad for the passenger I guess!)
I presume that the fuse is for both seats and therefore it is not the fuse....

Thank you. I'll try looking at another fuse. I am reviewing the manual right now.

Driver side seat heater light comes on and goes right out seat wont heat up passenger side works fine

The problem lies in the drivers side seat, the heating element for the back of the seat or the seat heating element has an open or shorted circuit. the part from ford will run you about $150.00 dollars.

Drivers seat heater no longer heats as it used to. Passenger side heater still works. Is there a fuse that controls the heater function under the seat?

Without knowing what vehicle you have Im just guessing. The element that heats up is a possibility that it may have a broken wire and the element needs replacing

My driver side heated seat doesn't work the passenger side does. I checked both fuses and neither one are blown.

the seat heater element is bad,,the heated seat pad has a open, the wire burns a hold in it from wear and tear and then they dont work, its most likely the drivers side seat back,,,,

Heated seats

The body control module in this vehicle sees a short in the seat heater system. These vehiucles are typical of the heater wiring shorting out. When you try to use the bad heater the computer shuts off all the heaters.

You will need to install a new seat heater pad.

Heated driver seat doesn't heat on 2003 ford explorer

this is a common problem if you use the seat heater alot.one or both of the seat heater elements will have burned up or broken.where i live it is very cold most of the time and i have replaced hundreds of the seat heater elements.it is rare for it not to be one or both of the elements.
