I have a 2002 E350 ford box truck the front running lights work but have no Rear tail lights or box running lights, yesterday they were working fine..... I looked under the truck and all sems to be in good shape, all connections are in pluges and no add on wiring has bin done , i bought this ford at the dealer ship brand new from the lot...Whats the problem with the rear tail lights and box running lights not working ??
Turn off and on head lights liston for click under hood by your battery, that clicks your tail light relay. It has 4 wires in it. with head lights on 3 wires should be hot. if only 2 wires are hot replace relay.

Fuse #12 15 amp instrument panel fuse box . under the dash right or the left side kick panel .I wouldn't think fuse , more then likely the transmission digital range sensor is bad . But doesn't hurt to check the fuse .
even though you checked all fuses and relays and have power the relay could over heat and shut them down. switch relay with another relay and check again. does the front markers go out also or just the rear?
You say the rear tail turn signals are not working are the fronts working? If the fronts work and the rears don't then you have a wire issue. Check the grounds for the tail lights or check and see if a trailer wire harness was put in by splicing the wires. Also check for brake lights and see if they work should be same bulb. If the fronts do not work either check fuse 18 in the fuse box should be a 10 amp or check brake fuse 2 which is a 20 amp
