This happens if youchange the battery or it dies and you recharge it. It requires a code. You should have it with your manual. If not, take the car to the dealership and give the service manager your VIN and probably a copy of your registration to prove you're the owner.
According t the owners manual the code will be located on the module itself.
The module location depends on what type cab you have.
For a regular cab it will be located behind the B pillar trim panel behind driver's seat.
For Super cab it will be behind the panel behind the rear seat.
You can also have your dealer retrieve it with their scan tool.
