Question about 2002 Chevrolet Camaro
The resister on the key is not being read by the contacts inside the ignition switch. disassemble the key switch with new springs and contacts or follow the two purple wires down the steering wheel and match the ohms on the key with a made resister and short the two purple wires out. No more security light no more sitting and waiting 5 minutes to try to start your car again.
