Are you sure it has a block heater on it? The plug is usually around the front grill but unless someone added it as an aftermarket option, it probably doesn't have one.

the kias have a very cheap air system that has two plastic round pads which rely on pressure cords to rotate them if you will look under dash board youll see them i have replaced mine once and solved that problem 40 bucks at junk yard
