Question about 2001 Ford Expedition
My heat in my 2001 ford expedition will not blow heat out of it. I just replaced the thermostat and that did not fix the problem. What else could it be?????
The blendoor on the heater box maybe broken ck lines going to heater core and make sure they are hot. does the heat temp change at all from cold to hot?

I had the same problem with my expedition. So I changed the water pump and flushed the heater core. But the problem was the dampner under the glove compartment on the passenger side. It was not opening to allow the heated air to blow though the vents. So all I was getting was cold air. Tapping on the dampner it openned and I had instant heat.

Sometimes the lines that control your airflow gates get damaged and even though you have hot water running through your system the air is not blowing through the heater rad and into the cab. check your heater lines. if they warm up after awhile then you have circulation there and you have heat and you just need to get the controls working. if not, you could still have a bad thermostat. not everything new is good
