Sounds like your 15A CIG fuse is blown.

I Fixed my problem. Replace the cigaretter lighter fuse. I think its a 15 amp.

yes, there are two fuses, one for the radio, one for the memory and the clock, possibly an inline fuse, more than likely a fuse in the block with a bad connection, try removing the radio fuse, and cleaning the fuse with sandpaper, or emery cloth, hope this helps!!!
