Have to pull out all the plastic in your trunk/hatchback..then you will see a couple of little nuts on bolts you take the nuts off and then remove the tail light,if you are trying to remove just the bulb after you take off the plastic inside your trunk then grab the back of the bulb push it in then turn it to the left or right and pull it should just come right out..

Check your Tailight fuse to see if it's blown, if so then start checking for a bad bulb(shorted element) in tailight circuit boards . and also don't forget to check grounds as well, there should be one at rear frame by left (drivers Side) tailight connection/trailer harness connection. hope this helps. do your Brake lights Work ?

No rear running lights. Turn and brake lights work. what do I do

The tail lights are also called parking lights.
There is a 10amp fuse for each rear parking lamp. The fuses are in the rear fuse box. Your owner's manual will tell you where that fuse box is located.
The fuses get power from a park lamp relay.

I get standing water on rear floorboards whenever I am driving in the rain

there is a leake in one of your rear tailights, check in your trunk as well below the spare tire and you will most likely find another pool of water, clean up both your floor board and the trunk area and then all i have done was sealed the tailight on the passanger side and it fixed my problem.

Replaced both bulbs on rear brakes. Wonder if the pod that you put the bulbs in (both) could be bad or if it's an electrical problem in a fuse? Tried changing out the #23 fuse
