1993 Plymouth Grand Voyager SE Fuel Problem

Fuel injected 3.3 liter - 6 cylinder engine. Has 176,000+ miles. Cars acceleration is sluggish and sputters when I push the gas pedal. It acts as if it wants to quit, then catches and goes fine for a little bit, then it sputters and chokes again. I've recently added fuel injector and gas cleaner. I am waiting to see if this will help fix the problem. I am wondering if these are signs of a fuel pump failure or ? Please advise. Thanks ahead of time, Binary Bob.

Thank you for all of the suggestions. the car had been running great prior to this ( a few stutters, cold weather-related) and now I will be looking at air and fuel filters, spark plugs and wires, and probably a compression test for the fuel pump. The fuel injector and gas cleaner seems to have helped a lot, so I'm thinking that condensation may have built up in the gas system. Thank you for the help and the ideas. Binary Bob

Sounds like either a fuel pump or throttle position sensor. Check the pressure at the port on the fuel rail. It should be at least 30 PSI while running. TPS is mounted right on the throttle body. Amazon sells them both.
