Question about 1994 GMC Jimmy
I am wondering how you would go about replacing the starter in a 94 GMC Jimmy. Any help would be great thanks.
The starter will be at the rear of the engine. Disconnect all of the cables, remove the 3 or 4 bolts that hold it in. Pull it straight out of the engine. Install the new starter. Starters are fairly straightforward, but sometimes awkward to reach.

I took it to a familiy friend that works on car for a living and we found out that it is the key switch that went out and will cost about $120 to get fixed
