the drag link itself can be picked up at a local parts store for about 35-60 dollars you can also rent a pickle fork tool there as well the repair time is 1 hour. this will save you about 200 dollars. If you need anymore help feel free to ask me anytime..don't forget to rate this...thanks

Hi,
Info should be in Owner's Manual or need to go to dealer.
Here's what it looks like:
PIC

Also, a bad alternator can drain the battery - yes, even w/the car off.

Engine was replaced 5.9 cummins can't seem to get power to fuel pump, radio, or the computer what could be the issue here , the dealer connot figure it out !

These have about a half a dozen fusible links on the drivers side. Check voltage on both sides of them. Just a note ... You can't tell by looking at them if they are bad.

1993 f-150 4x4 very hard to turn to the right. I've replace the steering box, pump, and front axle u-joints. When it's off the ground it steers easy. Back on the ground, Hard??

Either ball joints or alignment come to mind.
Ball joints will often bind and grab in one direction but not necessarily in the other, when they are really bad.
You don't notice it jacked up because the control arms pivot down to put you on a different location on the ball joint.
You should be able to see which side and whether upper or lower, by seeing the pressure causing flex and jerks.
Although it is usually either one with a rubber rip or the lowers.
But alignment can do it also, especially of jacked up.
The camber or caster can be too great on one side, where turning the steering has to lift the whole truck up on one side more than the other, or it can strongly pull to one side.

Death wooble on a 2005 dodge ram 2500 quad cab 4x4

The easiest way to troubleshoot it would be to jack up the front end and put jack stands under the front axle. Have a friend grab one of the front tires and wiggle pretty hard. (Make sure steering wheel is locked). To check the ball joints have them push/pull on the top and bottom of the tire and see if there is any movement between the spindle and ball joint. If not, check the tie rods next. (have them push in on one side of the tire, pull out on the other, not top and bottom this time). While they are doing this, lay under it the tie rod ends. If there is no movement (slop), check the drag link for play. If those check out, look at where the drag link mounts to the pitman arm on the steering box to see if the top link is shot or if the pitman arm is bad.

If all of this checks out ok, have your front tires checked. Tires that are out of balance can wobble pretty good as well.

Our brakes are continuously dragging, have replaced one right side hose, new pads, new rotar, new calipers still will not decompress, what is the cause, they drag all the time, to the point they over heat...

Sounds like an ABS issue. Turn the key and check that the abs light comes on and goes off. if it doesn't then the bulb burned out. (make sure the truck has abs first!)
