You are going to have to get Under the Front End. Once you get under there while looking up at the Underneath of the Bumper you will see Clips every so Often. Could have Screws, Bolts, or Nothing. If Nothing just Bend the Clips in a Little and Reconnect. Screws and Bolts are even Easier to fix.

How to replace front bumper on a 2002 Dodge Stratus

Bumper is a complete assembly. Underneath bumper is bumper mounting bolts, usually 2 to a side. Remove and entire bumper should come off. Prior to removal check to see if there are any connectors to grille or fenders, sometimes these wrap-arounds have them. There is a book about the subject available in the reference section of your public library called "Chilton's Manual. Book can't be removed from library but pages can be copied. Check U-tube for a How-to-do video on subject.

Front bumper is Loose

go to your local auto part store and get the $5 clips. The attendant at the store should be able to help you match up the right kind and how to install them. Pretty self explanatory if you look at the other side though. Or you can pre-drill and add a screw or two to something that isn't crucial to your vehicles health.

Front bumper loose on 2001 dodge stratus. How do I secure it?

unfortunely if it came loose it is probably broken but sometimes the push pins that retain the bumper go bad if this is the case u can get these parts at any auto parts store or u can use what is called self tapping screws an drill them through a good solid part of the bumper into the front rad support under the car

Locating radiator plug on 1998 Dodge Stratus.

Be careful here, I actually had to undo the front bumper cover to get at it.
It should be on the passenger side of the radiator and supposedly you
can get to it using a socket and extension. But in my case the O ring
on the plug broke and installing the new plug was virtually impossible
with the bumper cover on. Not that hard to take off, plastic screws, plugs
etc. Blame cab forward design.

Battery location and how to change it

The battery is located behind the front left bumper cover. To access it, first turn your wheels all the way to the right; you need to access the battery through the splash shield that connects the bumper cover to the inner wheel well. There are a few screws and/or plastic clips to remove to loosen the splash shield, and even a 10mm bolt or two to loosen the bumper cover from the fender if necessary. For more room to work, place a small jack under the car body on the driver's side. No need to lift the wheels off the ground - raising the body just a few inches will give you much more needed elbow room in the wheel well.

2004 Buick Rainier front bumper cover popped loose (due to catching on snow from recent storm). How to I reconnect the sides of the bumper cover? (it is still attached in the center at the license plate)

youll have to kake sure that the fasteners are still in good condition if so pull the bumper around to where it should be and align the fasteners or the screws .if its fasteners youll have to push the fasteners into the slot on the bumper if its screws youll have to retighten them so that they are snug. happy motoring.
