I strongly suggest you buy a Haynes Manual or Chilton Manual available at most auto parts stores for around $20-$25.

FOR A 1.9L ENGINE. CANT SEND PIC, START BY PUTTING BELT OVER ALTERNATOR PULLY,THEN TO THE RIGHT OF POWER STEERING PUMP PULLY FROM THERE TO THE LEFT SIDE OF THE IDLER PULLY , THEN UNDER THE A/C COMPR PULLY AND UNDER THE CRANK PULLY RELEASE TENSION ON TENSIONER BELT GOS UNDER TENSIONER.

If the blots threads are gone then probably the threads in the hole it goes into are gone also. You need to get a thread tap to run into the hole to create new threads and then get a replacement bolt to install into the newly tapped threads. Good luck. You can buy a good tap and die set that will have the thread tappers you will need to so this.
