hate to tellyou but the motor is on its way out! very common problem with this vehicle, you could try replacing the switches first but thats rarely it, motor cost an average of 60 $ a piece, gotta replace the drivers side in my 95 z coupe, good luck!
You hold the remote close to the three buttons on the vehicle. You choose which button you want the remote to transmit to, and you hold it down. With your other hand, depress the garage door remote opener, and hold it very close to the 3-button assembly. Wait for the red L.E.D. light to blink slowly. If it does not blink slow, continue moving the remote around, until it does blink slow. When it starts to blink slowly, stop moving the remote around. Wait until the light starts blinking rapidly. When the light blinks rapidly, the process is complete.
You can try a dry lube or lithium grease on the slow ones, but it sounds more like you need new window motors. Unfortunately Saturns are plastic cars, and... The window motors are not too difficult to change and it requires removing the outer door panel to make it easier to access.
