Question about 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix
2005 Pontiac Grand Prix. I am stationed in Japan, a Japanese company modified my lights to pass vehicle registration. After the modification I started getting numerous system errors and it was pin pointed to a bad BCM. the company ordered and replaced the BCM. After that no further errors but the remote start no longer works. When I try and strart via the remote, it says remote start disabled on the DIC. According to the manual I should have the option to turn on or off the remote start on the DIC, that option is now no longer there. Any ideals?? Appreciate your help.
They problably put a bcm in without the remote start or you might have to set the parking brake like in standard cars.
