Question about 2002 Audi A4
I pull back on the sprayer handle and no water is sprayed either on the windshield or on my headlights. However, the wiper do work (move back and forth) fine. It seemed that last summer, they all of a sudden quit. They used (the pump I guess) to make a noise when the water came out - but not now. I guessed electrical to be the problem, so checked all related fuses (#3 and #36) - they were fine. Not sure what to do next. Pls help. It's winter and I need the sprayers to work. Much thx!
Well the pump for those sit in the bottom of the washer jug and the filter on the pumps are not the best. The pump could have burnt out or the conector on the bottom could have come off i have seen that happen at some lube shops.

Many are just force-fitted in the holes in which they are mounted.
There is no stress to speak of on them so little reason to pop out - well, unless someone is unnecessarily pulling on the connecting tube.
Removing the old and installing a new one wojuld be better done when the hood is warm to prevent breaking the replacement when inserting it.
BTW; is the pump motor running at all? These are the pits as motors or pumps so could fail easily.
