Check the owners manual on this, I think you can turn the horn chirp on and off.
You can change the chirp setting using your radio. with the radio off hold the display (bottom button) in for about 10 seconds. it will bring up a settings menu. use the seek button to scroll through the main menu and the prev/next button to scroll submenues. once you have your desired settings press the display button again to confirm and save the changes

At first look, I would have guessed that your battery in the door opener was dead, but that is not the case. I suggest driving to a nearby Chevy dealer and ask one of the salesman if he/she can help. They have always been helpful to me. If not try another one as they are in business to sell not only cars, but service also. They will be your best bet to fixing it. :D

Passenger side of the fender under the hood - check the fuse relay box - about $12.00 a piece - they do go bad from time to time.
exchange the power lock relay with another one and test the locks.
then put the relay back and go to the autostore.
SOURCE: my key will not unlock my door to 07 impala and
if you have a slim jim (flat meatal with a hook) you are not getting in. the remote wont work because the battery is dead and the key doesnt work because you never use it (am i right?). Well this is what you can do short of calling a lock smith oir triple A. take WD-40 and spray it in the lock hole put the key in the door and work back and foward untilll it opens this could take a long time about 15 patient minutes (**TIP** put a pair of vise grips on the key this will give you a handle to use because your fingers will get tired quick.)

You have a intermittent condition. To isolate the cause: 1.Disconnect the drivers door lock/unlock switch from the connector. Drive the vehicle and see if your random lock/unlock condition has stopped. If it has, replace the switch. If it hasn't:
2. You have a grounding problem or a problem in the BCM (Body Control Module) and should have a technician use a Tech 2 Diagnostic Link Tool to access the BCM computer to obtain any fault code data to help correct the condition.
