Hello,
You most likely have a bad Headlight switch, unfortunately there is no amount of fuses that will fix this problem. I know this part can be kind of expensive but perhaps you can get a new one from a junk yard (of course this depends on your comfort level on doing this replacement). You can get a compatible switch down to model year 1996 for this vehicle.

This may help with the replacement:

You should be able to buy one on ebay for $20 to $30.00 here at http://shop.ebay.com/items/_W0QQ_dmptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories?_nkw=dodge+caravan+headlight+switch&_sacat=0&_fromfsb=&_trksid=m270.l1313&_odkw=dodge+caravan+headlight&_osacat=0

Replace the fuse in the fusebox inside your car. can usually be found under the dashboard in foot pedal area. I had this same problem and a couple of fuses fixed it right away.

1994 dodge dakota my headlights and tail lights and brake lights don't work my abs and parking brake lights are on my dash lights don't work either I replaced the headlight switch and still no

These are all different circuits. The brake lights are on a 10amp fuse - the headlights are on a 50amp fuse - and the parking and dash lights are on a 20amp fuse.
Do you have power going into the headlight switch and the brake light switch ?

1994 silverado illumination on instrument panel doesn't work, parking lights and tail lights do not work but headlights and brakelights work fine. All fuses are good. Is this a bad dimmer switch?

No. Dash lights being out could be a bad headlight switch, since the dash lights are routed through the headlight switch, not the dimmer switch. Park and tail lights also controlled by the headlight switch.

Tail lights, parking lights and dashboard lights on 2004 grand marquis are inoperative. Headlights, turn-signal lights, brake lights, hazard lights, back-up lights all work

Tail lights, parking lights and dash lights are all on the same circuit...I'd go to the fuse panel under the dash and check the fuse for those lights....usually referred to as accessory lighting in the owners manual and is usually a 10A fuse.

Hope this helps...

My headlight switch on parking makes all lights

this sounds like a ground problem, possibly in the switch itself, or maybe in the fuse box, check your fuses, and if the problem persists, check into replacing your switch, good luck and god bless!
