Question about 1999 BMW 323 Series
Lights go off and on sporadically but mainly stay on. I could drive at night if I had to but it is very annoying. Seems to not be unrelated to bumps or vibration.
Check your fuses and I would suggest you change the fuses related to the lighting system.

check coolant level, might be a leak. most bmws have a water pump that uses a plastic impeller/propeller (dont know the technical name), but it breaks off the water pump shaft, and no coolant is circulated through the engine and radiator
