you say it will not turn over! does the engine crank or does it just not start?

- I tried to start it and it will not turn over. auto zone hooked up the scanner and said it was the egr along with 2 other codes. i put 2 new scanners on the car and it still does not work. will the egr make the car not start?- GuestPopular Solutions for 2004 Chevrolet Impala
