I have no dash lights or headlights

since the dashlights and the headlights are on separate fuses and i figure that you have checked your fuses i would look into replacing your headlight switch. headlight fuse works the switch the switch tells the dashlights to come on and sends a signal to a relay under the hood that tells the headlights to come on.

Interior light flashes for 2 seconds when car is off every 4 min

This is a common issue with the Liberty. The dashlights and dome
lights would dimm, when using the turn signals. I'm not 100 percent, but
think it was a faulty signal switch. Good luck.

I have a 2001 Focus Zx3. The dashlights, parking

Sounds like a short circuit here ? You will need to locate the short circuit . Most probable is the tail lamps and their connections , then number plate lights , then any hinged wiring going from body to a door or trunk (ie No plate illum lights) area . Sometimes the dash dimmer can be a problem . Good luck

Turn on your headlights and check to see if your taillights are working. They act as a fuse to your dashlights, its a safety thing
