Check engine light is flashing and the car is running rough
Try spraying carb cleaner inside the throat while running the motor at high idle.
Check your O2 sensor by disconnecting it to see if the problem still exists. One other thing might be an ERG valve which need replacing. Hope this helps!
Take it to Autozone. They will diagnose it for free, and they won't make you buy the parts there.

If you brought your car to Honda for service, they probably forgot to reset the maintenance reminder. If you took it to another shop, they probably did not know how to reset it. Anyway, the reset procedure is:
Put your key in the ignition
Turn the key to the II position for a couple of seconds
Then turn the key to the off position
Now push and hold in the odometer reset button
While still holding the odometer reset button, turn the key back to the II position
Hold for I think 10 seconds or so and your maintenance reminder light should reset it self.

If the car runs fine until it warms up, then the check engine light goes on and it all goes to hell (sputtering, dying, etc...) then it is most likely the o2 sensor. Take it to autozone and have them put it on the scanner, just be sure to bring it when the check engine light is ON.

This is a typical Honda problem. unfourtunatly their design on the transmissions are not the best. Most of the times when you have a flashing light on the shifter on a honda it is the beginning of an internal transmission problem, not a major one but most likley one of the solonoids in it. just for future reference to you make sure to keep your trans fluid changed on the recommend mileage because they do have an internal filter that is extremley common for plugging up and giving a no shift condition. Hope this helps. swiftautorepairs.com

Black oil needs to be changed immediately. It's possible that even if the oil level is full, it's so thin and worn that it's tripping your Oil Light due to lack of oil pressure.
