Question about 1995 Honda Accord
My check engine light came on while driving and the car bogged down. now it will not go above 2100RPMs when it reaches this it sounds like a rev limiter. It idles very low 100-200rpms and usually dies at idle.
I have ran a code check I got zero flashes meaning PCM. I cleared the code and took the exhaust off and it ran fine. When i put the ehaust back on the check engine came back on after about 10-20 secs. I am stumped on to either replace my cat or the PCM, or even both
If it runs good with cat disconected with out clearing the codes; replace the cat.
