Question about 1995 Chevrolet Lumina
Make sure there is no corrosion on the battery cables or the starter, make sure all connections are solid and that should fix it from what it sounds, otherwise i would look at the ignition but thats pretty much all there is in the system that would mess up, good luck let me know if you need anymore help, thanks for feedback =)
