Question about 2003 Dodge Caravan

2005 Grn Caravan gauge arms swing to the right the back with igni

Recently, when the key is turned on, all four gauge arms swing to the right then back to normal before the dash icons lite up. Nothing seems to be effected. I've been told the battery is low. Battery checks okay.

Wnen my battery was too low to start, they would do that too. It's happened only a few times and only when the van wouldn't crank from a low battery.

Today, my problem is that they are stuck near the limit needle from swinging too far right.

I have no tach or speedo right now.

I just picked up a suggestion to hold the odometer reset button while I turn the key to IG (don't start). That might reset the instrument cluster.

If your van was equipped with a trailer/camper adapter or not, the left turn signal connection is LT GRN/ORG; the right turn signal connection is ORG/LT BLU; the marker lamps connection is BRN, and the stop lamp connection is LT GRN
