Code 37 is torque converter clutch solenoid failure. Transmission wont shift in and out of overdrive.

It will take a few miles of driving for the ECM to catch up to the new throttle body. Assuming it was an OEM replacement, its cleaner than the old one, so the air flow is different. 20 minutes of driving should do the trick...if it doesn't then you have a different problem.
