When i turn on the heater or the air conditioner it will barrely blow any air at all, none pretty much, the only time it will work is if i have the defrost on and it's not very much air coming out either, and it's always cold. The tiny bit of air that does come from the heater is cold too. Please help!

Sounds like ur ac pump is locking up its time for another one and also is your coolant level okay maybe ur heater core went out they dont give early signs of quiting they just go out
Check for full battery voltage at the resistor block, it should have it any time the engine is on, If you don't have voltage to any of the connectors, there is usually a blower motor relay that needs to be checked if all fuses checked out as good. If it DOES have voltage to the resistor, put the blower speed to full high and check for voltage to the blower motor, if none, then there is a circuit failure, if there is voltage, check the ground side of the blower with an ohm meter, it should read near zero ohms resistance.
It sounds like your blend door isn’t operating correctly . The blend door simply is a flap that is designed to close off heater core when it’s calling for A/C , and opposite for heat . Check to see if it’s operating
is the temp hand about middle ways? If not your thermostat could be stuck open or if barrs stop leak has ever been used in it heater core could be stopped up.
if the air started to work only on a few settings then the problem is your blower motor resistor if it just stopped all of a sudden then the blower motor is bad but the first thing i would check is the fuse. always check fuses first if you find a bad fuse for it and it pops rite after you put it in and turn the heater on then replace the blower motor
Maybe your heater is working at the same time. An open heater valve can cause this. Maybe there is a leak in the vacuum that pull the heater valve diaphram close.
the electric motor that open the heat door looses electrical connection there by the door stays on cold / it is located under the a/c heater assembly / which requires removing the whole dash and heater assy// also bleed all air out of coolant system
there are three doors / 1/ a/c heat 2/ mode /defors 3/ recurculation [email protected]
