On the back of the headlights, there are to circle knobs, probably grey, if you reach down there, then you can turn them with your fingers, that will adjust the up and down of your headlight, there is another knob right beside that one or on the other end of the headlight and that will adjust the left and right

1990 Eclipse 1.8L. Fully chargered battery. all

It is very possible the "starter Solenoid" has failed within the starter. If this is the case the starter will do little or nothing. Also check connections at starter, lose cable? You should be able to jump across the starter to see if it works; if nothing then you know it is the starter. Oh yea, if it has an automatic tranny it may be the Neutral Saftey switch failed or out of adjustment; try wigglying around the gear shifter or try starting in neutral.

I hope this may have assisted you,

Engine will not idle will cut off as soon as foot is off peadle

possible solution, there is an idle circuit on your mass airflow sensor that allows air to bypass the throttle plate. if this little actuator is not working then no idle air will be able to get by the throttle plate which then tells the mass air flow sensor that there is no air moving which in turn tells the computer to stop pumping gas into the cylinders...which make your car shut off. hope this helps, cheers

If it's like mine, you should be able to find it sitting just to the left of the driver side headlight. Somewhere between the headlight and radiator. you may have to remove your factory air intake box to see it. I use a after market air intake so I can get to it with ease. Not hard to spot, should have a single wire attached to it. Hope this helps.
